The Feds will pay 80% of the freight, leaving the state with the rest. Last week I posted two of the designs under consideration for the Kosciuszko Bridge's replacement - Aaron Seward in the Architect's Newspaper has the third bridge. The three options were chosen by Greenpoint and Long Island City residents from a menu of eight bridge choices.
